Payment Information

We accept PayPal payment and Western Union / Alipay /Wechat Pay.

Please make your order address details complete and correct. Also, we really recommend that it's the best to provide your phone number when you fill in your shipping address details, which is very helpful for international transport.

Shipment

Usually your orders will be sent in 24 hours. And you will receive an Email with tracking info.

It may take 3 days for products in low stock.

Delivery Methods

We were trying to find better shipping methods which are cheaper and quicker. We supply 2 shipping methods: Epacket and EMS(express mail service).

Delivery Fee

Epacket: $10 for all countries listed.

EMS: The delivery fee is based weight. Different countries, different fee. Please add the products to cart and checkout, our system will show you the Delivery fee.

Customs Taxes

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer responsibility.

Please check with your country customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 60 days . 

We attempt to describe our products completely and truthfully. If you are unhappy with your purchase or it is not what you expected, 

All returned products must be unopened, unused, seal intact and without damage.Packages that have been opened or partially used cannot be returned.

All original shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable.  If a product is returned per our Return Policy, these normal shipping charges will be deducted if the item is returned through no fault of ours.

All returned goods are subject to inspection prior to giving credit.

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. Refunds are made to your Paypal account or other payment method used to place the order.
